Covered up in warm woollens from head to toe, winters make everyone lazy and long for food (something to keep munching on- be it their favourite dish or snack). The best comfort food. Just the thought of a nice, warm, slurpy bowl of goodness soothes our body and soul. So throw your favourite ingredients into a pot, cook until the concoction is glazy and enjoy with some lovely fresh bread.

Thukpa is becoming one of our favourite winter staples. Order thupka from restaurant near you and step outside with this hot bowl and a side of spicy momos and soak yourself in the winter breeze. The weather’s too good to stay indoors and you know it. Laze around and binge on this warm savoury.

Sweet Potatoes

Super delicious and very versatile, add a nice little dip on the side and they become the perfect snack to munch on with your friends. Be a couch potato and enjoy the weather.

Pakodey and Chai

Spicy food is our weakness anyway, but winters are the time when we officially long for hotness ;-).  A hot bowl of spice-infused curry with subtle hint of turmeric, and cumin will definitely makes us happy. Now hand us a hot bowl of fluffy rice and leave us to our meal.
